Hi all, we’ve been receiving a few questions and queries on the forum regarding our VIP Cashback programme and our other Exclusive Cashback offers.

Cashback is one of the most exciting features we have on mySupermarket- it is our way of rewarding shoppers who use our site to help them in completing and comparing their grocery shop. Let’s face it, grocery shopping isn’t fun and we’d all rather spend our money elsewhere- so it is one of our main aims to help shoppers save time and money on this weekly chore. We then take it one step further to offer shoppers exclusive Cashback offers on different products- so you can earn money on buying the items you needed anyway!

 Cashback has been really successful and as a result we’re putting more resources into the customer support to help shoppers who have any questions or queries. However, it may still be a few days until you get a response from our Cashback team as we’re only small.

Now…a bit more about Cashback in general….

First, shoppers should know that Cashback is not instantaneous- either for VIP or any other campaign. We need you to send us the required evidence of your shop in order to validate and approve the Cashback.  We aim for Cashback  will be paid within 30 days of receipt of a store delivery receipt, but it can take longer if we need to ask you for another copy of your receipt or additional information.  

Please be reassured that all valid Cashback claims will be paid.

We’d also like you to know that we’re extremely thorough in our Cashback schemes- all receipts are checked manually and any discrepancies will be investigated. Our policy is one mySupermarket  user to one Paypal account. If you have multiple user accounts and Paypal accounts set up this is likely to cause disruption as it is not how the system works. As a result  any improper use (such as multiple accounts) or abuse of the Cashback campaigns will result in further investigation and possible suspension.
