Emails are monitored daily and the support team is responding to all queries as fast as they can- if you send us a private message on here we'll be able to send it onto the Cashback team, but this is not the quickest way to resolve your query.
Did you forward your Delivery receipts for all your shops onto vip@mysupermarket.com?

I have made 5 purchases via this programme and recveived cash back the next day on 4 of them (brilliant service). However, one of my purchases did not get the £5 cash back. I've chased twice by email but had no reply. I notice you are advising people to pm you with their email address but can not see how to do this.
