I have had replies asking me to be patient, but have several outstanding delivery charges from the beginning of the month. And, no, there was no minimum order of £50 detailed when I was first INVITED to be a VIP member. I assume they have just added that on now, because of the numerous cashback claims they are dealing with.

A reply from Kirsty from Mysupermarket to a query in October ,on here, about how the VIP scheme works stated:

"All you have to do to claim your delivery charge, is to complete a shop on our site - send it to the retailer of your choice, and then send on your STORE confirmation email to vip@mysupermarket.com. We will then credit your PayPal account with £5. You can earn a maximum of £25, per household, per month."

No mention of minimum £50 order then.

There are several complaints on Facebook about missing cashback too.

I'm getting extremely concerned as I have multiple claims for the VIP delivery service but I can't get a human to look into this.

More worringly, I've found that the goalposts seem to have moved for the VIP service.  The latest terms and condition state "You must spend at least £50 on your shop, exclusive of delivery fees, in order to be eligible.  I'm pretty sure that this £50 minimum wasn't specified when I signed up.
