HI All, 

 Thanks for posting your messages and concerns on this forum- we'll be posting some more information about VIP and our Cashback programmes in a thread here later on today.

The VIP programme does most definitely exist and all valid Cashback claims will be paid. The Support and Cashback teams are working as fast as they can to respond to shopper's queries- please be aware the best way to have individual questions and queries answered is to contact us at customerhelp@mysupermarket.com- we've now added more resources which will help us answer your questions as quickly as possible.

Still waiting for mine since 17 oct plus cash back for the shop sent good knows how many emails even when replying to ones they sent still nothing back not had any cash back in to my account since beginning of oct. Not happy as said I ve been paid

Just an update...I received my cash back from last week today. biggrin That also answers my question about amending your order I guess.

We have had an enormous response to a number of our Cashback Schemes which has lead to us bringing in more resources to make sure that we get back to everybody's queries in a decent time frame. 

Please bear with us, all valid Cashback will be paid and all queries answered. We're sorry it is taking a little longer than planned.

Please also know that we cannot monitor Facebook for support issues as well as we monitor the email address or this forum- your questions will have a quicker response by using these channels and not Facebook at this time.

I havent received my cashback from Asda either. Have emailed VIP and sent PM via Facebook, but no response. I thought it was a great idea when I got the invite, but now am too wary of using the service at all.

Hi!

I received my free del. cashback exactly 1 week after my first shop. I havent received the second but it's only been about 10 days. Am currently doing my third shop..so fingers crossed all goes well.

 

Can someone confirm that everything still works as planned if you go back to asda and edit your shop/booking time after your initial checkout? I ask because I notice that the order number does change so Im concerned that mysupermarket check the original number and think the shop wasn't completed. bleh 

 

For that matter, is it OK to transfer your shop to ASDA and then add things to your trolley from the ASDA site? There were a few things last week that didnt come up when I searched on mysupermarket so I had no choice.

Thanks for your messages. We're really sorry to hear you're still waiting for your VIP Cashback.

Firstly, let us reassure you that the programme DOES exist and we are refunding shoppers delivery charges like we promised. mySupermarket exists to help shoppers find and avoid dodgy deals, the last thing we want to do is offer them ourselves!

If you are a VIP member, all you need to do is send your delivery receipt from the supermarket (Asda, Tesco etc) to vip@mysupermarket.com. We'll then pay £5 towards your delivery cost- it is paid directly to you into a Paypal account.  

 

 If you let us know your email addresses in a private message- we will forward them onto the Cashback team for investigation.

I've not had my delivery charges refunded either - I've been waiting for over a month. It's annoying because I paid extra for a more premium slot which I would not normally have chosen because I thought MySupermarket would refund my delivery charges. Judging from the other threads in this forum it's looking like we're not the only people missing cashback claims.

 

I keep getting reminders that I am part of the "V.I.P" programme but obviously it doesn't exist.

 

No apologies, no explanations. Sent 4 emails to customer help and VIP and no response. Not very good at all.

Has any one getting any money back for deliveries ? as not received any money for my last shop or for the V.I.P Programme that I did on 16 October no
