Still not working in latest version 04/04/2014. Tried internet explorer and firefox versions of software.

Still not working 08-02-2014, unfortunately. That's two orders from me that have not gone via MSM.

I have tested on

- 2 computers

- 2 accounts (MSM and Adsa)

- 3 browsers

And in all cases the app is displayed, but the hour glass just keeps spinning and not diaplying anything

Please please could we have an updated ETA?

Hi Mouse!

 Thank you for your post! 

The companion currently isn't compatible with Asda's latest site update. We are aware of the issue and have developed a new version of the companion which will solve this!

 

It's currently pending QA (so that we can check it all works how it should) but we'll let you know on here (and on Facebook if you are there!) when it is ready to roll with the newer Asda site.

Any tips to make it work. I have downloaded the latest version. It just shows the modern equivalent of the hourglass and never delivers any information.
