Why would I cut them some slack? I have been offered a cashback to entice me to buy, I based my calculations and budgeted on that offer. I have sent 3 emails that I haven't had an answer to so if anyone is being rude its not me! I am angry that I am out of pocket. Are you missing that point?
It sure hasn't saved me any money has it? I am also bemused at the excuses for removing lots of offers from SOME people and not everyone. Thats not logical and its certainly not targeted at the right people. I have never abused the offers nor claimed more than the requisite amount of times so why am I suddenly and with no warning left with no offers?
You cant just remove an offer with no warning of an ending time or date, that makes no sense whatsoever.
I dont normally write on these things - but I was looking for an answer to something and saw this conversation.
I've been a mysupermarket shopper now for over 3 years, and in all the time all I have seen them try to do is to save normal people like me money, and help us to make ends meet by showing us where to shop and what special offers are good or not. Cashback is a great idea and i always see it as a bonus - so why is cashlesslassie so rude? Why would mysupemarket try and cheat you? What do they have to gain? I can never understnad why some people are never grateful and always think everyone is out to cheat them.
Looks like some people are already trying to abuse this according to the comment from the company - so looks like it's gonna spoil things for everyone. So come on cashlesslassie - cut them some slack!!
Okay so the cashback for the items I ALREADY spent out on, when will I be able to claim it?. I am out of pocket because you enticed me to buy then left me paying full price. I make my calculations on our budget based on final price, you have cheated me.
I cant see why you cant alter the software to remove the cashback option when the item has been claimed the amount of times you decide.

Unfortunately we have temporarily taken some Cashback offers off because a small minority of users have been attempting to unfairly take advantage- so we are having to tighten up how we run our Cashback schemes. I am furious, i can accept that a new thing might be a bit glitchy but enticing people tp buy with a promised discount then to withdraw it... that cant be legal. It sure isnt pleasant.
Exactly the same here cashlesslassie - I did a shop last night - Milk Tray & Blossom Hill. Completed shop, went to snap receipt - camera icon not there. Completed shop again & cashback option had disappeared before my very eyes - same happened to my sister. Not at all happy! Prices were good with cashback. Not so good without................
I made a shop last night based on your offered cashbacks, in the space of 30 mins the items i bought (milk tray and chicken burgers) had gone from my available list, i only have 5 items for cashback now....
can someone tell me what is going on and when is it going to be resolved? I am not sure how we are to trust the cashback when it can go in the blink of an eye.
