You know we do offer split baskets though? If we calculate that splitting the basket will save you enough money we offer you the chance to split the basket and checkout from 2 retailers instead of 1. By doing this we divide up the contents of your original basket so that each final basket carries the cheapest products.

mySupermarket empowers consumers to switch retailers to ensure the lowest acquisition cost of a total basket of goods. But, it's far from perfect. The perfect online basket would consist of EVERY product in the basket being cheapest. This would mean buying from multiple retailers and consolidating them into one perfect basket where every product is the lowest price available. Now, that would be a revolution... perhaps a logistical challenge. But, anything is possible right?
